المجتمع الإنساني "إشارات في الاتفاق والافتراق" من خلال قوله تعالى: (صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّين) [الفاتحة: 7]

Résumé: الاجتماع البشري سنة كونية، ولا تقوم مصالح الأفراد والمجتمعات إلا بالاختلاف في الإمكانات والقدرات البشرية، فكل إنسان محتاج إلى غيره لما فيه من نقص لا يكتمل إلا بالآخرين، لهذا الناس مضطرون إلى الاجتماع والتعاون، ولا بد من القوانين التي تضبط المجتمع حتى لا يكون الفساد، والقوانين وحدها لا تكفي؛ لهذا جعل الله تعالى بين الناس روابط إنسانية تربط بينهم لينتشر السلام وتسود المحبة، من تلك الروابط: النَّسب والمصاهرة والدِّين، وشرع أحكاماً للتأكيد على تلك الروابط، وربط العلاقات الاجتماعية بمبدأ الثواب والعقاب، وقد خاطب القرآن الناس على أساسين اثنين: الأساس الأول: الإنسانية المشتركة بين الناس جميعاً. والأساس الثاني: العقيدة التي يدين بها كل إنسان. وقد أشار قوله تعالى: (صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ) [الفاتحة: 7]. إلى أوجه الاتفاق والافتراق في الاجتماع البشري التي سأبين أبرزها في حدود ما يسمح به حجم البحث وفي حدود هذه الآية. Summary (Abstract) Human societies or human gatherings are part of the cosmic laws or universal norms, also interests of individuals and societies are only because of differences in human potential and capabilities, and every human being needs another because his imperfections and shortcomings can only ever be complete by others, that's why people are obliged to meet, cooperate and work together, but within a set of laws and rules that govern relationships between them to ensure corruption and Chaos can never prevail within society, but laws and rules alone are not enough to ensure that; and that is why God Almighty has made human bonds or human ties between people to spread peace and love among them. The most prominent examples of the human bonds that God placed between human beings: lineage, marriage and religion, in addition, God has also made provisions for humans to emphasize those bonds, and to link social relations with the principle of reward and punishment. The Holy Qur’an addresses people on two grounds, first: humanity, which is a trait that all human beings share, second: religion and belief, in which people can differ upon, this is reflected in the Almighty saying: “The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray”, this Verse refers to the similarities and differences in humans and human societies, and I will explain the most prominent of them in more detail in this research, within the limits of the research and the context of the verse.
